How to Get Started

This guide will get you started coding, documenting, testing, and translating for the Privly project. Like Privly itself, this guide is under active development. We'll incorporate your writings into this guide if you leave them as comments. We have a system overview on the Wiki. If you already know about extension development, we recommend you skip this guide and check out the Wiki.
Get started by following these two steps:
- Join our Google Group. We use it to broadcast announcements including information about our major development efforts.
- Follow us on GitHub. Each repository uses the GitHub issue queue for repository-specific issues. Here's a list of our repositories:
- The content server
- Extension test files
- Repositories with Maintainers
- Repositories with no Maintainers
- Chrome (smcgregor updates reading capabilities only)
